Alyssa is a global business executive who specializes in Brand Strategy, Positioning and Client Engagement. With an impressive record of influencing over $120 million in projects throughout her career, she possesses a blend of marketing, branding and management expertise that enables her to over-deliver on her client's expectations.

Recruited to OptiBrand RX,as part of the executive leadership Alyssa recruited, trained and mentored her team to deliver the company's key strategic initiatives. Her work with international companies such as Bayer and Pfizer opened the door for a positive impact on their positioning that one additional accounts for her company.

Today Alyssa guides our team to their peak performance by leveraging their strengths and implementing strategies that are unique and tailored to the properties we represent.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Julie is a passionate and focused hospitality professional with over 20 years in the industry. Her career spans multiple leadership roles such as Director of Sales, General Manager and Vice President of Enterprise Relationships, while working with such brands as Marriott, Best Western, Holiday Inn as well as independently branded boutique hotels.

Her vast experience includes opening new hotels, turning distressed assets around and development of sales strategies that are proven to change ROI projection.

In her recent role she managed a team of consultants to support a portfolio of 40 hotels across the United States while supporting the recruitment process, training, prospecting and strategy of the company overall.

Julie continues to bring InspireROI to new levels of success for owners and investors, making us as unique as each property we support.

CEO / FOUNDER

Nabil Nachi is the Founder and CEO of InspireROI.,  leading the way for owners to achieve top-line growth for their hotels every day.

He combines a career-long commitment as a financial analyst for such companies as Medplan, Canal, Innovo and Academy with a desire to excel in the hospitality industry. 

As the creator of  unique reporting systems for a hotel support programs, he enables real time results from sales to the leadership team.

InspireROI is a company driven by this talented team that are the best in the business providing Brand Management, Positioning, Client Engagement, Recruitment, Training and Task Force. Together with a select group of sales professionals, he has assembled a workforce that every hotel dreams of.

Amir Cheikh is a talented and diverse hospitality professional that is experienced with recruitment, training and task force.

Growing up around the hospitality industry has allowed him the insight to put the right person in the right position at the right time.

He has held executive leadership roles across Canada and has been successful in multiple site openings for such companies as Nordstrum and Cirque du Soleil.

He brings with him the keen instinct and expertise to build on our great team and is leader for our human resource department.

Director, Business Development

Chris Tempone is a talented multi-faceted professional who is no stranger to hospitality.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from CW Post as well as an associate degree from NCC in Sales and Marketing Operations.

 

He developed his career early on in operations, human resource, relationship management and development. With more than 20 years in key roles in the industry, Chris is well known by ownerships, revenue managers and property teams across North America and has developed a reputation for being a “solution finder”.

 

He recently served as a key member of a ground-breaking team that supported struggling hotels across the United States in the height of the pandemic.

His tenacious drive to acquire business for these hotels eased investor worries, supported ownership groups, and garnered appreciation and recognition regularly.

 

Today as Director of Business Development, Chris successfully creates a personalized partnership with owners and brands that lead to increased occupancy, rate growth and higher placement in their markets.

Paulina

Manager, Strategic Collaborations

Paulina is a strategist. She obtained a specialisation of psychology degree from Concordia University, focusing on topics including marketing, strategy and brand development.

Her experience spans multiple industries such as pharmaceutical, biochemical, medical device, education and entertainment. No matter the industry, Paulina's specialty revolves around developing winning strategies that work. In previous roles she was responsible for developing millions in revenue, acquiring new clients, expanding client relationships and ensuring collaborations continue.

She has extensive experience in SEO / SEM, marketing strategies, business development, management and implementation.
